About Globally Coaching
Hi, I am Nik, a leadership and life coach, mum, wife and adventurer. I worked in international schools for over 20 years, and I understand the challenges children face because I saw them every day. The complexities of moving, self-doubt, friendship issues and the pressure to succeed in a fast-paced environment are all common struggles.
As an international school leader, I saw that children need help to overcome the challenges they were facing every day, so I started anti-bully, emotional regulation and wellbeing programs. I recognised the need for children to understand neurodiversity, friendships and leadership, so I worked with teachers to embed these into the curriculum. I started Globally Coaching to put all this experience into offering personalised, strengths-based coaching programs to help international school students succeed in school and beyond.

About Nik
With 15 years of international school leadership experience, I am highly experienced working with children, and I know how international schools work. As a mum, I know the challenges of parenting in your home-away-from-home, where you may not have the support and connections to help your child overcome challenges and transitions.

What is Globally Coaching?
Globally Coaching offers leadership and life coaching to serve the international school community. I work with children aged 10 to 18.
I help international school students and their families feel confident, supported, and empowered to grow through life’s changes and challenges. Through gentle, strengths-based coaching, I create a space where globally mobile young people can explore who they are, build self-belief, and take meaningful steps forward. My approach is inclusive, neurodiverse-friendly, and rooted in the belief that every student deserves to be seen, heard, and celebrated, as themselves.
How does coaching work?
I offer 1:1 and group coaching online. Face-to-face options exist in some areas of Bangkok. The coaching process is design to meet your family's needs.

Set up a call to see if life, leadership or transition coaching is right for your family. We can discuss individual goals and needs.
Take action.
In our sessions, your child will learn practical tools and strategies that can be applied immediately after the session.

Do you offer coaching in different time-zones?
Coaching is online, via Zoom, which means that international students worldwide can access coaching programs with Globally Coaching. Use the contact form to ask if coaching is available in your time zone.
