A life and leadership coaching journey for young people aged 10–18 and their families. The LEAD Programme helps young people stand out from the crowd and start leading as who they truly are.

Parent feed-forward session: Parent session to share strategies and keep the growth going.

Leadership identity: An exploration of personal leadership brand to make you stand out from the crowd.

Neurodivergency track: A revised pathway exploring LEAD for neurodiverse children and young adults.

Life Coaching Package

When your child feels grounded and confident in themselves, they’re more ready to engage, connect, and thrive in school and in life. Life coaching is designed for your child's needs.

Relationships & Belonging

Equipping students with tools to build meaningful connections, navigate challenges, and feel part of a community.

Topics may include:

• Friendships and peer dynamics

• Conflict resolution and assertiveness

• Setting healthy boundaries

• Coping with peer pressure

• Communication skills and empathy

• Navigating change in relationships (e.g. moving, losing friends)

Growth, Goals & Change

Helping students move forward with purpose, manage change, and lead themselves with confidence.

Topics may include:

• Setting personal or academic goals

• Motivation, focus and time management

• Navigating transitions (e.g. school move, exam years, repatriation)

• Emotional intelligence and stress management

• Decision-making and planning for the future

• Self-leadership and agency

Self-Awareness & Identity

Helping young people understand who they are, what they value, and how they make sense of their experience

Topics may include:

• Understanding personal values and strengths

• Cultural identity and being a Third Culture Kid (TCK)

• Confidence and self-esteem

• Emotional regulation

• Personal identity and self-expression

• Managing perfectionism and inner pressure

Transition Package

Change can be hard, and your child will face a lot of transitions in international schools. Moving countries, changing year groups or leaving friends. Transition coaching helps children carry their sense of self with them, wherever they go. This program builds identity, belonging, and emotional tools that travel.

Transition Package - Arrival

Landing in a new situation can be a rollercoaster of emotions. The arrival package helps your child to find themselves, manage their emotions and plan for success. Arrive with confidence, supported by personalised, strengths-based coaching.

Transition Package - Departure

Leaving your life behind can be hard. The departure package helps your tween, teen or young adult understand and manage their emotions during the transition process and plan for the upcoming change. Transition with greater self-awareness, renewed confidence, and a personalised transition toolbox.

Relationships in transition: an additional session exploring relationships and social dynamics.
